Royal Canin Veterinary Diet - Sensitivity Control SC 21 is a special food for dogs with food allergies or food intolerances that have led to diseases of the gastrointestinal tract. This feed supports a balanced intestinal microflora.

Typical allergy symptoms include chronic or acute diarrhea, inflammation in the intestines or stomach. Allergies can also cause itching and inflammation of the skin. Limited protein sources were therefore used for this feed, duck in combination with tapioca has a low allergenic potential and is highly digestible. The formula also contains fibers such as beet fiber and FOS, which also support healthy digestion.

A patented complex of biotin, niacin, pantothenic acid, zinc and linoleic acid contributes to the improvement of skin and coat health, which helps to strengthen the skin barrier. Skin and ear infections are alleviated by adding omega-3 fatty acids (EPA and DHA).

Duration of treatment:

In case of food allergy or intolerance, the dog's feeding must be changed immediately. Low-allergenic food should then be fed throughout life.
