Royal Canin Veterinary Canine Gastrointestinal Moderate Calorie is a dietary food with an optimal amount of energy, intended for dogs that are prone to developing diseases of the digestive tract, e.g. inflammation of the stomach (gastritis), chronic diarrhea (diarrhoea) or inflammation of the pancreas (pancreatitis). The feed is composed of easily digestible proteins that reduce intestinal fermentation processes. FOS affects intestinal motility and thus harmonizes the intestinal microflora. The essential fatty acids EPA and DHA help to reduce or treat inflammatory processes in the intestines. MOS stimulates the local immune system in the intestines and helps to neutralize pathogenic bacteria.
