Dogs often suffer from urinary tract disease, which can lead to increased formation of urinary stones. Diet food Royal Canin Veterinary Canine Urinary S/O Moderate Calorie was developed especially for dogs suffering not only from inflammation of the bladder or the occurrence of urinary stones, but also from being overweight. The composition of the feed helps in dissolving struvite stones. We also recommend its administration for the prevention of urinary stones, bladder infections and excess weight. Another positive result of feeding this special feed is an increased volume of urine. The RSS value of the feed is low, and the ions that cause the increased formation of urinary stones are thus reduced.
