Unrivaled performance - ULTRAMAX filters are characterized by high water flow and can work effectively even in large tanks. In addition, they are very spacious and can contain a large amount of filter media. Filter media are placed in practical ergonomic baskets with a volume of 1.9 l (depending on the model, the number of baskets is 3 to 5). This guarantees extremely effective mechanical and biological filtration. The filters come with a complete set of filter media that are carefully selected to meet the needs of a typical aquarium.

Built-in pre-filter - the first of its kind on the market A large pre-filter with a sponge is built into the lid of each ULTRAMAX filter (with a capacity of approx. 0.6 l). It is designed to catch mechanical debris in the course before they get inside the filter. In this way, the pre-filter protects the device from clogging, which reduces the required frequency of cleaning to a minimum. Instead, regular washing of the pre-filter in hot water is sufficient. This takes only a few minutes and does not require disconnecting the filter from the power source or removing it from the aquarium.

Exceptionally quiet operation - the excellent design of the pump rotor and rotor chamber - rooted in more than thirty years of experience by the AQUAEL engineering team - and the use of a ceramic rotor shaft results in virtually noiseless operation. For this reason, the filter can be freely used in any room, even in the bedroom.

Safety of operation - water inlets and outlets in ULTRAMAX filters are equipped with double ball valves, which are very reliable. The valves prevent even the slightest water leakage and allow easy and quick disconnection of the hose from the filter when they need to be subjected to cleaning and maintenance.
